Secretarial Administrator

Location: Walvis Bay

Special Requirements: Namibian Citizen or permanent resident with permission to work in Namibia; MS Excel, Word and Outlook; Valid driver’s license; Good understanding and working knowledge of the Close Corporation and Companies Act; 5 years or more relevant experience.

Key Performance areas: Must be able and committed to meet deadlines, work well under pressure and to work independently without supervision; Assist the Secretarial Department Supervisor with training and supervising of Trainee and Junior Secretarial administrators; Maintenance of all client records on the client database; Good working knowledge of all Close Corporation and Company regulations; Experience and working knowledge of submissions and payments of filing fees at BIPA branches; Working knowledge and experience of Trust administration is advantageous; Experience and working knowledge of the registrations/deregistration’s of all tax matters; Social Security and NTA matters.
